 Morse Drum Cones
To control dispensing of dry material from your drum replace your drum lid with a properly sized Morse Drum Cone to control your dispensing operation by turning your drum into a precise pouring instrument. Morse Drum Cones are available in 16 gauge carbon steel or type 304 stainless steel. Clamp Collars are also available in carbon steel or type 304 stainless steel.
- Use your drum for controlled pouring
- Greatly minimize dust when discharging dry material
- Quickly start and stop dispensing instantly with slide gate or iris valve

- Models for open-head steel drums and fiber drums of various diameters
- Order 45 or 60 degree angle to 6" (15.24 cm) discharge opening

Slide Gate (SG)

Drum Cones equipped with a Slide Gate are recommended for powdered material, but NOT for coarse granulated products.

Iris Valve (IV)

Morse Drum Cones with an Iris Valve are recommended for dispensing fine or coarse materials.
 
Morse Iris Valve drum cones with aluminum body and 4 oz nylon sleevs control the flow of fine and coarse materials. The operator revolves the handle around the valve to open and close the flexible sleeve up to a 6" (15.24 cm) diameter opening. A wide range of fine to coarse materials can be handled without clogging the iris valve.
Iris Valves are for use with products having a maximum density of 60 Lb./ft3.

Valve Flange (VF)

Morse Drum Cones are available with a Valve Flange to attach the valve of your choice. Please refer to the flange bolt hole pattern to ensure your valve will fit a Morse Drum Cone.

Morse Drum Cones are also available with a 6" (15.24 cm) diameter opening with no valve or flange.
