Morse Drum Adapters for Your Smaller Drum

Many Morse drum handling handlers can handle several drum types and sizes when equipped with the correct size drum adapter and accessories for each drum.

Handle a smaller diameter drum

Diameter Adapters enables you to handle a smaller diameter drum with the same Morse drum handler

• Simply insert the correct size Diameter Adapter for your drum
• Quickly remove the Diameter Adapter to return to handling your 55-gallon drum
• IMPORTANT: Measure your drum diameter half way down between the ribs (circumference divided by 3.14)

Insert Diameter Adapters in just seconds!

Diameter Adapters with hold-down brackets at top and bottom of your drum. The hold down brackets adjust for a drum up to 38" (96.5 cm) tall.

For smaller diameters with integrated brackets

• Model 55/30-14.5 for 14" to 14.5" (35.6 to 36.8 cm) diameter
• Model 55/30-16 for 15.5" to 16" (39.4 to 40.6 cm) diameter
• Model 55/30-17.5 for 7" to 17.5" (43.2 to 44.5 cm) diameter

Diameter adaptors with no brackets:

• Model 55/30-19 for 18.5" to 19" (47 to 48.3 cm) to diameter
• Model 55/30-20.5 for 20" to 20.5" (50.8 to 52.1 cm) diameter
• Model 55/30-22 for 21.5" to 22" (54.6 to 55.9 cm) diameter

Model 55/30-19GR Diameter Adapter is only for a 30-gallon steel drum with 19" diameter between the ribs. It fits only a 3-piece drum holder or a drum holder with load binders as found on Morse

• 185G, 185G-HD or 185GR Series Kontrol-Karriers
• 285G, 285G-HD or 285GR Series Forklift-Karriers
• 300 Series Drum Tumblers).

Options to Handle Plastic Drums

1. Top Rim Clamp for your 55-gallon rimmed plastic drum.


2. Bracket Assembly is mandatory for a rimless plastic drum. Can also be used for a plastic drum with or without a top rim. The Bracket Assembly is also recommended to securely hold your fiber drum.
