Securely clamp your pail in the holder and turn the hand wheel to dispense. The top bracket prohibits your can from slipping through the holder when inverted.
You can also lock your can in upright position for safe moving, or in horizontal position to pour.
The capacity is 200 Lb. (100 Lb. for a half-full pail).Morse below-the-hook drum handlers and 5 gallon pail handlers are manufactured in the USA by Morse Mfg. Co., Inc. Every pail handler is load tested at the factory at 125% of rated capacity as per American National Standard ANSI/ASME B30.20.
